RecorTech’s smart and energetic programmers team finished the newest addition to Records Artisan suite: Reports Artisan
RecorTech announces the availability of Reports Artisan, a very powerful tool to help businesses visualize their data. It is completely configurable and it can be used by any person in the organization regardless of their IT knowledge. The whole Records Artisan suite has been reengineered to follow the latest user interface guidelines from Microsoft.

It has a very similar look with Office™ 2007 and is fully Windows Vista™ compatible. You can generate and print charts, visualize the data in a pivot table, then export it to various popular formats: Excel, PDF, MHT. It has a very powerful security module where you can set the visibility of reports to user roles and you can go as deep as setting the visibility of fields and hide parts of fields. For example, a report can contain a very sensitive information like the credit cart number. One of the managers needs to see and he has the right to see the whole cc number, but the rest of the users can see only the last 4 digits or completely hide the field.
